We understand that things come up, and plans change. Here’s how service cancellation works at Shivoham Soul:

You can cancel any one-on-one or group session instantly, as long as it has not yet started.

Once the session begins, it is considered “attended” and no cancellation is possible.

To cancel a session, please reach out via email or phone before the scheduled time.
Instant Cancellation = Full Credit or Reschedule Post-start Cancellation = No Credit or Refund
